  •  The Braganza House near Margao is an example of Portuguese architecture

  • Goa has party-prone beaches as well as secluded ones. Candolim, Calagute, Baga and Anjuna are the most popular beaches while Colva, Palolem and Benaulim lying in south Goa are the quieter ones
  • There are a number of islands near Goa. Grande Island is one of the best known ones. One can spend the day here fishing and snorkeling and exploring the rich marine life
  •  Spice farms and Elephant farms are worth a visit
